Well done to our u9 hurlers who swept the boards on Sunday at the Eire Óg Corrachoill U9 hurling tournament. The boys won their three group games and semi-final before taking on a strong Lucan Sarsfields outfit in the final. At full time with both sides level extra time was agreed and in the closing stages of extra time a draw still looked on the cards until Colin Carley scored a tremendous point from the sideline to win the game. Well done boys and mentors!
